Creating a Custom Field of Type Rich Text

We created a custom field "Suggested Solution". The field is of type "Long Text", which isn't helpful as we paste images, links, etc.

Is there a way to change the type to "Rich Text"? It wasn't an option for custom fields. I also tried to repurpose the standard "Environment" field changing its label, but apparently that's not possible. Any ideas?

Hi @[deleted]  enable wiki style Rendering from field configuration which mapped with project.

in field configuration >> Search field >> Renders >> Select Wiki Style
