Create task from Phone Call history (android & iOS)

Hello, we are using JIRA Software (cloud) with Outlook plugin (Windows/android/iOS).
A lot of tasks are reported on Non-working hours via call.

Is there a way to create a new Task from Phone Call history (iOS & android)?

Example, selecting a completed Call and showing as a 3rd part option "JIRA Create".

This is not part of the delivered product and I am not aware of any app that provides this functionality.
