Create one task in many projects at once

Is there a way to create a task in all projects in a specific category?
We have 4 categories and each of them contains specific projects.

We have often the use to create the same task for all of them, but I'd like to have the task separate in each project created.

We're on Cloud and can't use script runner.

You will need an add-on to provide a function for that.  There is Script Runner for Cloud that can do it, but, as ever, you should evaluate all options.
