Hi,
How can I create a jira via email for a specific project, eg support project? What should I put in it? To make a jira update just add "to" or "cc" the "' jira@adcode.atlassian.net". I just have not found what I need to put to create an issue.
Best Regards,
Vasso Kontaxi
@Dirk Ronsmans Is this possible with Jira Data Center or only with Jira Cloud?

Hi @Vasso Kontaxi ,
You have 2 ways of doing this depending whether it is a JSM or JSW project.
for JSW: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/
It depends on how the emails and users are handled (licensed or not)

Thank you very much. I made the settings in the Email Handler of incoming Email and now I can open an issue via email.
I created two email handlers, one for the DEV project (Devolopment) and one for the DM (Digital Marketing) project.
The problem that remains is that I can not open an issue via emai in a specific project. It always opens in the DEV project. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @Vasso Kontaxi ,
Do these 2 handlers have different email addresses attached to them? I can only see one address attached on a single handler and the other one is a blank one?
