How can we show executives a view from 3 or more teams within Jira.  We have out Projects/Team, but need to go one level higher to get the information for the whole portfolio.  There is software that we can get as an add on, but if our projects are set as Teams, how does this work? Hi,

You can create a Jira Plan, using the "Plan" option, which will allow to create Plan or Program(group of Plans) by selecting 1 or more Jira boards and displays a consolidated view.

There are lot many features it provides, such as Roadmap, Teams and Release view, and can customize the view at an issuetypes level

Hope this helps

Hi Rick - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am not sure what you are want to show, but gadgets on a dashboard are usually as simple as basing them on a filter. And you can create a filter that shows multiple projects.

Something like Project in (ABC, DEF, 123)

Is that what you are talking about?
