Hi,
It is possible to have 2 Jira Projects with the same name even one if of those is archived?
You will get a warning if you are trying to create a second project with the same name as an existing one. And if you are trying to reuse the project key you would have to move the existing project to the trash and then permanently delete it before reusing it.

Actually you can have projects with the same name, as long as they have different keys.
