Create Form under software project

Hello- 

Two items

First I created a form but when I try to view it.  I cannot find a way to submit.  I do not see a submit button to create the Jira issue.

 

Also, I cannot for some reason embed into Confluence.

Hello @Janine Chapman 

Software projects don't support creation of Forms. Are you sure you created the form under a Software project? Can you provide a screen image for creating/editing that form?

Can you also provide a screen image for when you try to use that form and don't see a way to submit it?
