Copy comments with specific text from/to Jira Cloud to/from Service Management Cloud
Hi,
We are using Cloud versions for Jira and Service Management. Jira is used by our development team and Service Management is used for our UAT, so clients can submit the bugs.
Issues are linked between the two. I setup an automation to copy comments and they are working fine except it copies all comments in both directions.
On Jira we may have internal discussion, so don't need to copy those. IF a comment is made for the client then we could prefix with FORCLIENT in Jira issue. When client responds in Service Management they could prefix their response with FORSUPPORT.
Is there a way to copy comments containing specific text only?
