We've had a request for reporting on the number of times an issue has had its custom field changed specifically from one field option, to any of the others.
Example:
Customfield: Team
Number of times changed from Team A, to Team B, From Team A to Team C, from Team A to Team D.
We have Scriptrunner and also Power Scripts + many other add ons so may be something someone has around fieldchangehistory but any templates would be good.
