The account I'm currently inquiring about is a test account.

With the master@mwnetworks.kr ID you created
Successfully created mwn.atlassian.net domain.

jira.mwnetworks.kr → mwn.atlassian.net
I want to do URL redirection.

It is possible to connect by changing DNS settings,

but an error occurs as shown in the attached file.

Hi, have you figured it out? I also had the same issue. Setup a CNAME on DNS which will redirect to Jira Service Desk portal. It got same issue.
