Completed/Done issues list as 'Unresolved' when I select Release.

Upon selecting Release from the drop-down button, a warning comes up that there's an unresolved issue, even though the issue is marked COMPLETE.

Does the issue have a Resolution set on it? Just because the issue is in a status that has a status category of 'Done' doesn't mean that it has a Resolution. If you have the Resolution field on the Edit screen, you can set it manually, but I recommend that you set the Resolution automatically when the issue is moved into a "Done" status.
