Recently my team transitioned from Trello to Jira, and during the transition process, I mistakenly invited the wrong email addresses. We want to remove the anonymous users with the wrong email addresses from the team. However, I get an access forbidden message whenever I press the "remove" button from the Atlassian team admin page. It is very weird, as the admin-specific settings appear on the Settings drop-down menu in Jira software but deny access when I actually click on the menu.
We have connected company Gsuite with Jira. We completed the Gsuite domain verification step.
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue! Thanks.

Hi @JunePyo Suh - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You must have Site Admin permissions in addition to Jira Administrator permissions to add and manage users. (You just add them to the site-admin group).
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
