Comments are not getting created through mail handlers

We are facing an issue that comments are not getting added to the existing tickets through mail handlers.

It just creates the new tickets through it has the same subject in mail while replying.

We had tried with "Create a new issue or add comment to the existing issue" setting ,but did not work

Please help us.

Hi, Can you provide the config details and mail samples?
