Bonjour,

Hi,
I understand that you are using a Free plan site for Jira Cloud, and that you would like to rename the URL of the site. Unfortunately, this is not possible to do for our sites that are using the free plan only. Changing the cloud instance URL address or migrating to a new cloud instance explains this:
Updating URLs is available for sites that have at least one Jira or Confluence product with a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan. You’re unable to update the URL if the site has only Jira Free and Confluence Free.
It appears that you have already removed Jira from the original site and created a new one. While that can work, for other users that come across this, it can also be possible to start an evaluation of either standard or premium for Jira or Confluence, and in turn you could gain access to this ability, albeit only while the site has at least 1 non-free plan product. Just be aware that this method can incur monthly fees if you do not cancel the evaluation during the trial period.
Andy
