Code navigation does not show anything with GitHub integration

Mario Dagrada November 4, 2020

Hi,

I connected my Jira account to GitHub and everything is working properly including smart commits and release warnings.

Screenshot from 2020-11-04 17-58-36.pngEven though everything else works properly, the "Code" navigation page is not showing anything (see above).

I tried:

- add a new repository item with the code I want to visualize on the Code navigation page. I did that using the "Add Item" button on the sidebar.

- inspect the traffic from the browser console and found out that a couple of requests are failing with 403 status:

    1. https://quandco.atlassian.net/rest/servicedesk/latest/analyticscontext/10001
    2. https://quandco.atlassian.net/rest/servicedesk/latest/analyticscontext/10001

Is this problem related to permissions? What steps could I take to fix it?

Thank you very much in advance.

Hi @Mario Dagrada  -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Have you checked with your site admin about the integration/access settings?  They may be able to see something disabled for GitHub access.  Here is a related article that may help:
