There is conflicting information via the customer service channel and internet. Our organization does NOT want to use the new issue view. Please confirm that we will still have the ability to view classic view even AFTER 3/31/21. Thanks.
You’ll also be glad to know that we don’t currently have plans to make the classic view disappear, and are looking for the best way to have it coexist with the next-gen projects.
as the sentence which is following to the cited one above is referring next-gen projects I suspect the supporter talked about the fact Classic/next-gen will co-exist long-term:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/learn-the-differences-between-classic-and-next-gen-projects/
New Issue View, however, will be the only option as of March 31, 2021:

Daniel
Hi Nina - There is no indication whatsoever that anyone will be able to use the Old Jira Issue View after March 31 for any reason.

Please see the last sentence in this email. Please confirm the classic view is still available for use.

Hi Nina,
Thanks again for the feedback. Opsgenie is our alerting and on-call management product. You can learn more about it here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/opsgenie. If you’re seeing the graph in that state, it’s likely that someone else on your site is using or trialling Opsgenie with their team.
To turn it off, go to Project settings → Opsgenie → and toggle off “Display alert counts in sprint report”.

You should respond to that email and ask for clarification. Cite the published announcements from Atlassian and the posting within Personal Preferences in JIRA that says on March 31 the old issue view is going away.

Thank you Trudy. I did reply twice actually. It's goes to a customer support channel so hopefully they answer.

Just realize that Opsgenie is not Jira. So he might be talking about the form in Opsgenie. But clarification is always good. :-)

Will we be able to request the classic view at an organizational level?
