Changing startdate Kanban iteration

Is it possible to change the iteration start-date to a logical view and so the use of PLANS?

Now the iteration starts in PLANS on Sunday and ends on a Saturday. And the view Plans shows a logical line from Monday to Sunday. When I now (logical) plan from Monday to Sunday, the capacity shown in the iteration is not correct for that week and also the calculation of work what needs to be done.

And when work is not complete or changed to done, it will be recalculated for the upcoming week. So in this way my planning is not accurately per week.

Is there any update on this or did anyone find a solution? We are facing exactly the same issue a year later...
