Change title for adding comments

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Is it possible to change the wording of this section?
For example, instead of Reply to customer it says Reply to {reporter} or similar?
Its not about the notifications, its more about how we are using Jira Cloud/Service Desk.
