So I was wayyy to tired to be working when I created this account, I need to change my primary username for security reasons. How do I do that with a hosted Jira?

It is not possible to rename a user in JIRA OnDemand. See this knowledge base article for a workaround: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=298979005
