Change how date is exported (format)

I have created a Script Field that displays the date of the most recent comment (script and settings below).
The date appears in Jira the way I want "05/17/22 02:55 PM" but when my user exports issues to CSV, the date value is "Thu May 17 14:55:54 CST 2022", which is not a date format that excel recognizes.
Can anyone offer suggestions as to what I can do to help get the date exported in a more easily usable format?
