Capability to hide the red asterisk in mandatory fields

Hi Community, I want to know, if it is possible to hide the red asterisk in mandatory fields.

The only way to remove them is to make the field optional.  They're there to tell people the fields need to be filled, and can't be turned off or replaced with a non-standard way of telling people about ot.

I really don't understand this requirement. Asterisk helps end user to understand what field needs to be added.

Btw, you can't remove asterisk for mandatory fields.

Thanx for the quick answer. I need to do it so with the GUI of my users. I tell them, what mandatory fields are.
