Our subscription has ended and we cannot update our payment details. The person that created the org has left the company and did not update assign anyone else the admin role.
We are stuck now and cannot continue with our product development.
What can be done to recover this account?
@Werner Potgieter , unfortunately the community can’t help with this directly. Please go to Atlassian support and open a ticket selecting the billing option.
