Cannot "Configure" the Jira/zendesk add on without getting a permissions error

When trying to configure the Zendesk Add On, I get a permission error (see image) every time I click Configure. Our in-house JIRA administrator cannot determine why this permissions issue is happening and suggested I contact support. jira zendesk permission error.pngZendesk Add On Configure in JIRA.png

Hi Barbara,

Can you confirm if the user used for integration is in the Developers group in Jira?
