Cannot connect GitHub to Jira

GitHub repo shows in the Code section but still when I create a task it shows me that I can finish connecting GitHub even though I know I already connected it!!

Welcome to the community. This is Majid @ Exalate. 

Let us do the basics first i.e. drop your connection and re-create it from scratch maybe. It is hard to pinpoint what the issue can be here, but seems like it was a brand new connection anyway - so, nothing to lose. You might also want to look at integration apps in the marketplace, like Exalate.

Did you check all your settings on the GitHub side?  Did you try disconnecting and reconnecting?
