I have been using a free version of JIRA for a few months now and this morning when I try to log in I get a message that my Atlassian Cloud products are suspended and I'm directed to a link for billing. I shouldn't have a bill. How do I resolve this?
It will be difficult for the community to really assist with this. It might be that you have more than 10 users which should not be the case if you were truly not a free version. My suggestion would be to reach out to Atlassian via their support portal and select billing, payments and pricing as the topic.
