Can we create another Label in Jira

At present issue tracker has Label field, what if I want to create Label1 to further classify the issue? Thanks.

What is the need for another Label field? The choices in 'labels' are whatever you put in them.

If you really need to create a new label field, just create a new Custom Field type of Label (that is, if you have the rights).
