Hi,

because it's your instance you need to contact your administrators of Jira and maybe also AD admins if they didn't change something recently.

If you are Jira admin then share part of log when you are trying to log in.

Hi Petr,

Thanks.

I have Jira Admin rights but still i am also not able to login to Jira Software.

I am only able to login Atlassian.

Is there any way i can configure AD settings without login Jira Software.

Hi,

then disable AD by following this via SQL

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/administrator-cannot-login-after-reordering-user-directories-235669137.html

And use any of local users to check AD configuration (if you don't know who is admin or password follow this - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/retrieving-the-jira-administrator-192836.html)
