We are not able to login using AD credentials.
It was working fine previously.
Hi,
because it's your instance you need to contact your administrators of Jira and maybe also AD admins if they didn't change something recently.
If you are Jira admin then share part of log when you are trying to log in.

Hi,
then disable AD by following this via SQL
And use any of local users to check AD configuration (if you don't know who is admin or password follow this - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/retrieving-the-jira-administrator-192836.html)
