Can't Configure Anonymous Access

Hello Jira Brain Trust. 

I have tried to follow the instructions for setting this up here

However, when looking at the Permission Schema > Grant Permissions I can not see the Anyone Role? Thanks

Granted to the Group and select "Public".

Hi Jessica, I was struggling with this too, once ive updated to public, how do you then link users to be able to access? I only want them to be able to create a issue, but i dont know where on Jira i direct them to be able to do this without signing in? Thanks
