Can not receive email notifications

Hey, my  colleague as new register, we have already invited her in JIRA  , but she  can not receive  any notifications from JIRA . 

  1. Administrator has  already invite her by mail .
  2. She has tried to login for several times, still no mail received
  3. Her mail is :lihua.fu@autocore.ai

We need your help ,Thanks!

Hi @Wei Lin 

I would open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if the user's email has been blacklisted for some reason. Please post back here with the resolution.
