Can jira automation send slack messages with buttons and menus?

Hi there, when I paste a jira ticket in slack, jira cloud app sends a message with actionable items. We can click the button watch or from the menu select other actions such as comment, assign etc. 

I was wondering if the slack automated message could possibly achieve something like this? When I looked at the smart values possible, I don't quite see anything that points to it. https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-issues/

I did but jira bot doesn't add anythingextra. Only if I paste manually

Menu is added by Jira bot based on url. Did you try to put clickable hyperlink to jira ticket?
