users in my projects are getting deactivated in 13 weeks due to non usage, can we make them permanently active in the projects under JIRA software

Hi @Rizwan Shaikh , welcome to the community.

To be honest I have never seen any user automatically being deactivated. So your post is leaving me scratching my head a bit. It could be that there’s some new feature that I am not yet aware of. Cloud changes rapidly. However I wonder if you have any add-on application that might be contributing to this?

To be clear when you say they are deactivated where are you seeing this? Is this under the admin section user management?
