Can I move the description location on the view screen?

Hello,

Is there a way to move the system field "Description"? I appears underneath all my custom fields. It also appears underneath each tab of data I have on the view screen. I only want the description to show only on one of the tabs, not all.

The red box appears on all my tabs, General, Details, People, Effectivity. I only want it on the General tab and NOT on all tabs.
