Can I migrate related tickets from Freshservice to Jira?

Hi all,

Currently running a few demo migrations and one of the few things that are missing is the Related Tickets field. I've had a look round in the migrated ticket from Freshservice which should have 1 related ticket attached to it but struggling to see it anywhere. Do we know if Jira supports this?

Any help would be much appreciated :)

Hi @Jack Nicholls and welcome to the community,

If by related tickets, you mean Jira's "Linked Issues", then yes, Jira supports this out of the box.

Thanks Alex. It appears that the Demo Migration Tool doesn't seem to give you an option to migrate these but I might be missing something out.

That's an app from Freshdesk?

There are at least two apps in the Atlassian Marketplace which might solve your problem

But I haven't use any of the above tbh.
