CSV import into Issue Status field

Is it possible to update the Status of an Issue upon importing? 

I would like some issues "Enabler" to be set to "enabled" upon import as they were resolved but we need them for reference, but cannot find the field to map to.

Are you access the CSV import from the System administration options or from the Advanced Filters screen?

Mapping import data to the issue Status field is not available from the import function under the Advanced Filters screen. It is available to JIRA Administrators from the import function under Settings > System > External System Import > CSV.

thanks, my organisation doesn't allow me that access, so I will need to find a work around.

You could look at setting up an Automation rule to do the transition for you after you have completed the import.
