Is it possible to import the requestType with a CSV import to a Service project so the customer submission form is viewable?

I tried this route: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management-articles/CSV-Import-of-Request-Types/ba-p/2019410 but it doesn't seem to work for Datacenter as I simply get null as a result.

I tried adding the Request Type custom field to the screen, but none of the fields we have are a system field and the only two options didn't populate the Request Type field as part of the Service project.
