Bug with Jira, lost my Scrum Board, now it's mixed with a different project

Hello,

we used to have different boards for different projects and since thursday there is a huge prolem because people lost access to their Projects, then when some of them regain access, at least 2 projects were merged and we can't get back to scrum view.

At the moment we have a layout were we see a list of To-Dos, then the description in the middle and actions to the right.

We have no idea how to fix this, specially because one of the admins is still not able to login.

Please any ideas on how to fix this?

This sounds more like a situation where you will need Atlassian to intervene. Have you already opened a support ticket? If not, please try this - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

I don't know that we will be able to help much without having access to see what is going on in your instance, which Atlassian should be able to help with.
