Browser crash when viewing Jira issues in their own browser tab

We recently moved our Jira environment (v7.13.3) to a new datacenter and undockerized our app as part of that process. After the move, we are experiencing long running scripts that eventually crash browser tabs - regardless of browser (IE v11.0.180 , Firefox v74.0 and Chrome v81.0.4044.129)

There doesn’t seem to be an issue when navigating around boards or executing a filter. If viewing a board and clicking on an issue to show in the preview window on the right, you can edit fields there with no problem. But, when opening that issue in a new tab to make edits.

We noticed a conflict with JSU so we uninstalled and did a restart this evening. Below is the error we saw in the logs:

Do you see additional

atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/atlassian-bundled-plugins/jira-gadgets-plugin-****.jar in there?
