Boards a not accessible anymore - Jira Software

Hi Community,

We set up our free Atlassian Account and created a Project. I also created view boards, and after an hour, I could not access the boards I made.


Does anyone have a clue what could solve this issue? Many Thanks for your feedback and comments in advance.

We are using the Scrum Project, which the company manages.

Welcome to the community.

Are you still able to view the issues in the project?

Were the boards created automatically when the project was created, or did you create them separately after the project was created?

If you created them separately, when you created them did you choose the create them from an Existing Project or from a Saved Filter?

If you created them from a Saved Filter, who created the Saved Filter that you used?
