we are struggling with the export feature from BigGantt/BigTemplate. Only the role "Box Admin" can export. Is there a way to also allow the export for the role "Box Viewer"?
The export option is available to any user with BigTemplate properly installed. What version of BigPicture and BigTemplate you are use currently using? If it's the latest version - 8.4, plugins are compatible and the issue still occurs, please get in touch with our Support Team via our Service Desk, sharing more details.
