Best way to hide some fields on create screen based on project

Hello, based on this setup:

• 10 projects: Project1 through Project10
• Project10 has these 2 custom fields that need values entered during creation of a task
  
  • CustomFieldA
  • CustomFieldB (Configuration locked)
• Project1 through Project9 don't use either custom field

What would be the recommended method to hide CustomFieldA and CustomFieldB on the Task create screen for Project1 through Project9, but show them for Project10?

• Create screen for Project1-9 and a create screen for Project10?
• Same create screen for all projects, and a field configuration for Project1-9 and another field configuration for Project10?

You could include CustomFieldA and CustomFieldB in the create screen for all projects, but in the Field context for CustomFieldA and CustomFieldB, limit the context to just being available for Project10.
