Based on a single select list populate linked issue with a specific issue

Is it possible to populate linked issue with a specific issue based on a single select list.

Example: a ticket has a single select list, when the value A is selected then link to EpicURL1, else if the value is B then link the issue with EpicURL2. And making sure there is a choice of a specific linking type. 

I don't see the option to put in a URL to link, only predefined options which aren't working.

Any help is appreciated.

Achieved via branching the rule with JQL to my specific issue.
