I have registered Issues, but it doesn't appear in Backlog as shown in the image below.
(Issue and filter menu entry -> Issue is registered as normal)

Usually this kind of problem may be caused by the following configurations, you can check in order.
1.Board setting-->General-->Filter:The query condition excludes this Issue
2.Board setting-->Columns:Issue status does not match the column
3.Quick Filters:Includes version and Epic filters

I solved the issues. That was issues number 2 of what you said.
