We have one specific user who cannot see the backlog or the Active Sprint board. I verified she has the exact permissions as everyone else. When she tries to access an issue from the Active Sprint directly she gets this error: EYR5KC. Also, the user shows as belonging to the project in the Project Settings but we cannot assign issues to this user.

Having same exact issue.  Did you ever find a resolution?

Yeah, just figured it out. For us it was a permissions issue. The project has a board that's shared with another project that was marked as private. I had that project's admin assign her to the private project and now she can see everything.

Thanks!  They gave me all user groups and it seems to work properly now
