I have about 10 individual users who should not be able to access tickets created in my JSM project.
Upon creation of a ticket and based on value of a custom field, one of these 10 users should be granted access to this ticket. The custom field value will be a customer name.
I initially thought i can have a automation rule which checks the custom field and based on the value populates a new field (Access Granter) value with one of those 10 member names and i would add this access granter field to my project permissions.
But i have about 150 different customers which would mean i would need create and maintain these 150 rules whenever these 10 members change their roles or leave the org or new ones join.
any ideas please ?
Hi Vamsi,
You can implement Issue Level Security for that.
