Automation rule finding some words in the description and creating a new request.

Hi! I am trying to setup an automation rule, when a new request is created and the word "device" is in the description, create a new request and link them. Any advice?

Yes.

In the Automation, you can use the "IF/else block" , and then use multiple issue field conditions, adding one by one.
