In Jira software (SCRUM) If I pulled a ticket to the backlog, is it possible for me to sync status? something like if I close a cloned task in SCRUM the ticket in the service management close automatically?

Yes, you can. I recommend you to start with automation rules;

You can certainly do that with an Automation for Jira rule.
Create a rule based on an Issue Transitioned trigger.
Then add any Conditions needed.
Then add a branch that identifies the linked issue.
Finally, add a new action for Transition issue.
