Automation error for CC list registration

Hello, 

 

I am using Automation which automatically registers the CC list when the issue is created. 

The same Automation rule is registered and used in multiple projects, but an error occurs in a specific project.

Error content, only some of the people who have registered in the Automation rule are registered as CC list.

There is no setting difference between the problematic project and the problem-free project.

Are there users with errors like this?

If you know how to solve it, please share it.

Thank you for reply my question. 

In the Audit log at Automation rule, there is no error code.
