Hello
I'm troubleshooting an automation rule (Jira Software Cloud Premium) and for that I need to go back about one month in the audit log.
This article https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/what-is-the-automation-audit-log/ states that audit log entries are stored for 90 days.
However, when I go back in my rule's audit log I can only go back two weeks in time. How can I access the log so I can reach at least the beginning of April?
Thanks
Alice
Hello @Alice Admin ,
Welcome to community!
That's correct the audit log does capture logs for 90 days for the Automation rule in Jira cloud.
If the rule was enabled for past 90 days the associate action can be searched in the same place that you are looking in.There is no feature currently in Native Jira cloud that can help you with fetching the logs for the a particular time , we have a Feature request for the same : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-28
You can play around with Debug sharing document for reference:https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/debug-an-automation-rule/.
If you wish to export the logs , this feature is not available currently however Jira do have a feature request for the same : Ability to export Automation Audit logs
Hope the information would help you with your query.
