Automation - Field value changed

Hello ..

I need to use Automation - Field value changed, but it is not available on my Jira, it appears as "PRO".
Does anyone know what it means and how can I use it?

For Jira Server, there are two versions of Automation for Jira, the Lite (free) and the Pro (paid).  Here is the comparison of the features:

It shows that the Field Value Changed triggers is only in the Pro version.
