Automation: Copy custom field to Reporter

I'm attempting to create an automation to set the reporter from a custom field.

My custom field is called: "Walker Up Reporter"

The URL is: https://company.atlassian.net/secure/admin/EditCustomField!default.jspa?id=15878

The following is my attempt but it's not working as expected, would someone be kinda enough to help?

Hi @Chi Yong La  - when you are selecting the Reporter field, click on the 3 dots and select Copy from

Then see if your Walker Up field shows up there. 

Regardless, take out the word fields in your code. So just {{issue.customfield_15878}}
